PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- Employment Information: we collect your position/title, your business email, your place of employment, you job title, your educational information, your certifications and associations, your professional goals, information about the organization you work for, your work affiliations, your salary information and information about your customers and your clients.
- Other Identifying Information: we collect IP addresses, social media usernames and profiles, online and advertising identifiers, passwords and other security information for access to your account.
- Internet or other electronic activity: we collect your browsing and click history, your scrolling activities, your IP address and device identifiers, browser type, operating system and type, online identifiers, keystrokes, mobile identifiers information, language settings, read receipts, metadata, time zone and other online activity information including that which shows how you navigate our Site what other sites you came from, general location information from your device (e.g., IP address), time stamp, the number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages, device and application IDs, and other similar information about how you use the Site.
- Advertising and Marketing Information: we may also collect certain personal information about over time across different websites, apps and devices when you use our Site, using tracking technologies such as cookies, beacons, pixels, flash objects, APIs and mobile software development kits (SDKs). Such information may include how you interacted with advertisements on our Site and third party sites, such as social media and advertising platforms, how many times you viewed an advertisement, your account profile or social media identifier, posts or related data, IP address, browsing history, time visited the website, your company’s name, industry and other professional information, audience interest segments, marketing analytics data, offline preference data, and information to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and whether you then purchased our services. - Customer Service Information: when you submit a request for information or interact with a Chaka representative we collect your contact information.
Please note that we do not collect sensitive financial information or other sensitive information via our Site, for example in the event of a purchase. Instead, any financial information is collected and processed by a third-party entity.
SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Directly. We collect personal information from you directly when you:
- Submit a request for information using the form on our Site;
- When you purchase Services through our Site;
- When you attend one of our workshops or coaching sessions; and
- Register for a user account on our Site;
Automatically. We collect personal information from you automatically when you:
- Visit, browse and navigate our Site on any device;
- Click on sponsored links or third-party advertisements; and
- We may also collect personal information or inferences about you when you use our Site, using tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, and web beacons and we may use third party services to collect this personal information when you use our Site. For example, we use targeted advertising to see if you have interacted with our advertising on other sites. The information we obtain in this manner allows us to customize the Services we offer to our customers and our site to deliver targeted advertising.

We may also use your contact information, information we collect automatically, and certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, online identifiers, time zone, and through cookies and other digital trackers for marketing related purposes including Site analytics and performance.
If you access our Site from a social media platform (e.g., Linked-In or Meta) we may receive information about you from such platforms, in accordance with that social media platform’s privacy policy and/or terms of use which could include the ability for us to track your activities on those sites, serve you advertisements, and see your interactions with our advertisements as well as other interest-based advertising data.
Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms which referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Our Service Providers. We may disclose your personal information to third-parties that provide business, professional, marketing, analytic, or technical support services for us and/or administer activities on our behalf. Relevant Third Parties in Connection with a Business Transaction. We may disclose or otherwise transfer your personal information to an acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction as well as in the event of any insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.

HOW WE USE COOKIES AND DIGITAL TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We engage in interest-based advertising to deliver online advertising that may be more relevant to your interests.

This means that we permit third party online advertising networks, social media companies, and other third party services to collect information about your use of our Site over time so that they may advertise to you on other websites or services you may use, and on other devices you may use. Most often, the information used for interest-based advertising is collected through cookies, pixels, beacons or similar digital tracking technologies.

Google Analytics and Advertising: We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to advertise to you better understand how our users interact with our Site. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site and the products and services offered there are not intended for or directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Upon receipt of your request, we will endeavor to honor it based on the information that we collect and maintain and pursuant to applicable laws. Depending on the nature of your request, you will need to do the following in order for us to honor it:
- Provide minimum information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we have collected personal information. As required under applicable laws, we will use the requested information for verification purposes only.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We may use third parties to verify your identity and process your request. We will evaluate your request, as required by applicable law, and respond to your request as follows: (i) within 45 days for requests to know, access, correct and delete if we are able to verify your identity and confirm the personal information we maintain relates to you; or (ii) as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than 15 business days for requests to opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information. Please note that we may decline certain requests if we cannot verify your identity and confirm the personal information we maintain relates to you.

Authorized Agents. You may authorize someone to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf (an “authorized agent”) using the submission methods outlined above. Depending on the evidence provided, we may also contact you to verify your identity directly with us or request confirmation from you that the agent is authorized to submit the request on your behalf.
Appealing Privacy Rights Request. Under certain applicable laws, you may have the right to appeal a decision we have made in connection with your privacy rights request. If you are unsatisfied with the way that we have handled your appeal, you may have the right to complain.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We do not transfer, store, or process any personal information outside of the U.S. Our Site is directed only to U.S. consumers and customers for products and services and is only intended for use in the U.S. Our Site is not directed to consumers or customers outside of the U.S.

We will update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes in our services, the law and customer feedback. When we post changes to the Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top.
